Amman, July 30 (Petra) -Minister of Justice Dr. Bassam Talhouni affirmed the ministry's operational indicators continue to register "positive" results, reflecting increased service efficiency and faster completion times.

Talhouni said this progress is supported by the digital transformation projects implemented by the ministry, in line with the Economic Modernization Vision.

In a statement to "Petra" on Thursday, Talhouni stated the Kingdom's judicial execution departments in various courts nationwide processed 51,662 cash transfers during May, which then rose to 106,686 in June, and reached 93,327 in July.

In May, he announced the value of payments made through the Kingdom's execution departments reached approximately JD100 million, while the figure stood at JD45 million in June, and JD38 million in July, totaling JD184 million.

He said this increase reflects "efficiency" of the procedures and the speed in handling litigants' rights, which enhanced confidence in the Kingdom's enforcement system and contributed to the expedited fulfillment of rights.

He pointed out that these results are due to measures to develop procedures, automate services, and integrate electronic systems to monitor enforcement transactions, which ensure faster, more efficient, and more transparent services.

Additionally, he noted procedures are re-engineered to allow the immediate refund of payments made to enforcement cases, whether in the form of deductions or monthly installments, upon completion of the payment process.

He said the ministry has allocated an email address to receive complaints and feedback regarding delays in refunds exceeding 48 hours.

In this context, he announced the ministry has received and addressed 57 complaints, affirming its plan to continue monitoring all feedback for this purpose on a regular basis.
